Our Cause

Did you know that every year, over 800,000 people die by suicide around the world? That's nearly 1 life every 40 seconds. Additionally, one in four people are affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives. These staggering statistics highlight the importance of mental health awareness and suicide prevention. It's Okay is dedicated to spreading awareness about mental health issues and preventing suicides. It is important to us because we believe that any life lost to suicide is one too many. We understand the extent of this issue and the impact it has on families, friends, and communities.

We believe that just talking about mental health issues and suicide prevention can make a difference. It's Okay supports open conversations about mental health, and sharing information about available resources. Our goal is to remove the stigma surrounding mental health issues and encourage individuals to seek help when in need. Partially to do this, It's Okay donates 15% of all profits to To Write Love on Her Arms, a non-profit organization which aids those in need of help. For more information, click the button below.
